Dr. Ghazi Abu Rumman is a research scientist and water specialist with a rigorous scientific background and over 20 years of extensive work experience including integrated water resource management (IWRM), water governance and water integrity, climate change and natural resources, water reuse and its impact on soil-plant environments, best management practice implementation, and performance monitoring. Dr. Rumman is an editor for four international scientific journals including the International Journal of Sustainable Agriculture, a peer reviewer of internationally published books on sustainable agriculture, has authored 30 academic publications, and has been an invited speaker at numerous international scientific and development conferences. He joined the Middle East and North Africa Network of Water Centers of Excellence (MENA NWC) in 2015 as Deputy Executive Director and Director of Policy, Research and Development, currently, he is the acting liaison between the Jordan Ministry of Water and Irrigation and the World Bank Group.
