Meeting of MENA NWC’s Center Directors

During the week of 17 November 2014, MENA NWC convened a meeting of Center directors of its 20 member research institutions. The two-day meeting provided an opportunity for the Board of Directors and the Interim Management Unit to brief the directors on the latest developments of the Network, including legal incorporation, business planning, fundraising strategy development, and research program and knowledge-sharing activities.  Directors reviewed and contributed to technical and management plans and explored in detail how to develop partnerships that bring out the best in member Centers, strengthening their technical expertise and management skills.
